studyingOkay studying is the most important way to prepare for the AP exam. Discussions may be the most fun way to learn things in class, but you really do learn the most by studying. Study, study, study, and study some more. And after that keep studying. You cannot study enough for this class. It's so important. Studying is also a lot easier to do than cramming right before a test. Studies have showed that studying for a month before a large exam, and cramming before one, the person who studied got a better grade. That may seem like common knowledge, but you'll forget it once it's twenty minutes before an exam and your head is shoved in the packet you should've been studying for the last couple days.

One of the best ways to study is to write it down, at least for most. Mr. Brock will have homework assignments that include making flashcards for the packets we've studied. It's a super handy way to study and writing down the cards is an easy way to get an imprint of that knowledge. The cards may seem a bit annoying, tedious, and stressful (they are, I'm not gonna lie), but you'll be thanking them when you want to study for a certain part of the exam.
Mr. Brock has good tips on how to study and also has extremely good links for things to study on his website, if you hate reading back over packets. Some people do and that's cool, as long as you know other ways to study. Mr. Brock provides videos, flashcards, term cards, practice tests, practice open responses, and much more on his website to help.
